# Usage and demographics

Since the launch of the Speechace speaking test in December 2021, the test has been taken over 200,000 times. The test has been extensively used for a variety of use cases including college admissions, test prep, hiring for call centers and employee skill assessment for quality control. Unfortunately, we are not able to release the names of customers due to competitive reasons but we can give you a bit of idea about the demographics along with some adorable pictures of users :heart:.

The test has been used by almost every nationality as evident in the blue colored areas in the usage map from our analytics page:
