# Test Taker's View of random questions
To illustrate how the randomization works, let's take the **Pronunciation** group and **Fluency** group with three questions in each group respectively, as shown in the image below.
After enabling the setting to show two random questions from "Pronunciation" and one random question from "Fluency", let us see which questions do the test takers get in three consecutive attempts.
**Attempt-1**
In the first attempt, the test taker saw these three questions (as shown in the image below): two from the first group, followed by one from the second group.
**Attempt-2**
In the second attempt, the test taker saw these three questions (as shown in the image below) which are different from the first attempt.
**Attempt-3**
In the third attempt, the test taker saw these three questions, as shown in the image below.
Each time a test taker takes the assessment, they will see a different set of questions.
The assessment picks selected number of questions from each group—starting with Group 1, then Group 2, then Group 3, and so on. The order of questions inside each group is also shuffled, so it's different for every test taker.
In the next section, we will explore how to assign weights and maximum scores to each question group while creating the assessment.
