Accept a workspace invitation

Learn how to accept a workspace invitation and join the workspace.

The team member can accept a workspace invitation by finding the email shown below. If received, they should follow the steps in this document to complete the acceptance process.

The invited team member can accept the workspace invitation using the following steps,

  1. The invited team member will need to click on the Blue Button in the invitation email, as shown below,

  2. If the invited team member doesn’t have a Speechace account, they will need to create one and verify their email to proceed.

  3. The invited team member should verify the email by clicking the highlighted link in their inbox, as shown below,

  4. After clicking the link, the team member will see the following screen. Click the Continue to Practice button.

  5. Next, the team member should go to the Workspaces tab and accept the invitation to start collaborating.
