# Create multiple workspaces

A member can create and own more than one workspaces. Workspaces enable you to [create and customize existing assessments](/speechace-speaking-test/getting-started/create-an-assessment.md), [collaborate with team members](/speechace-speaking-test/speechace-workspaces-create-manage-and-share-speaking-assessments/collaborating-in-a-workspace.md) to manage assessments, and [share tests](/speechace-speaking-test/speechace-workspaces-create-manage-and-share-speaking-assessments/manage-existing-assessments/invite-test-takers-to-take-an-assessment.md) with test-takers. For instance, an HR team lead manages hiring for multiple teams. By creating separate workspaces for each team's hiring, the HR lead can efficiently manage assessments and assign tasks to the respective teams.

A member should follow these steps to create new workspaces,

1. Click on the **Create new workspace** option by clicking on the vertical three dots beside the name of the workspace as shown in the below image,<br>
