# Clone an existing assessment

The clone feature is useful when a test creator wants to create assessments with minor changes in settings or if test creator wants to duplicate assessments across different workspaces.

The test-creater can follow the steps below to clone an existing assessment directly from the **My Assessments dashboard,**

1. The test-creater should click on the **Ellipsis** (three vertical dots) in the **My Assessments** section on the left-hand menu, then select the **Clone** option from the dropdown.<br>
