# Add new tags
By default, tags like "Rejected," "Maybe," and "Accepted" are available. However, for specific scenarios, team members might need to create new tags, such as "In-Person Interview" or "Online Interview" based on assessment results.
Tags can be added by following the steps below,
1. Click on the **Create Tag** button on the top right corner under the **Tags** section of a workspace as shown below,
2. Enter the *tag name, color, a brief descriptio*n and click on **Save** to create that new tag.
